Narrative:
I installed a tire 44-5x16.5-20. The correct tire was 46x18-20. The tire 44-5x16.5-20 was located in the 46x18-20 bin in the tire rack. My lead technician informed me of this at the end of my shift. This is my first day back to work since finding out. Verify all tires and not rely on our bin system.
