Narrative:
The chart-airport diagram for tulsa commercial chart is outdated. Evidently; taxiway C; south of runway 26; isn't pictured on this chart. When ground gave us taxi instructions of foxtrot to runway 18L to charlie to echo to hold short runway 26 on echo. It was difficult to plan taxi route since charlie wasn't pictured on the chart. There were no NOTAMS on the release or mention in the company notes. Eventually; ground issued a different set of instructions for us to get to runway 26 without having to utilize taxiway charlie.
