Narrative:
Preflight information for the above flight was obtained through WX services provided through company. An airport brief was performed and a scan of WX and NOTAMS was performed for the flight to odo. When reviewing the NOTAMS via computer I had scrolled through what I had thought were all NOTAMS pertaining to the arrival airport. Unfortunately; I had not scrolled down to the very bottom of the NOTAM list and missed the very last NOTAM about the airport closure. Urgency to accomplish mission with a 20 min response time and differences in WX reporting system (a versus B) were contributing factors to the NOTAM oversight. Flight began with clearance as follows: cleared odo; direct; maintain 12000. Departure frequency 119.20; squawk XXXX. After departure was handed off to approach; ftw center and then midland approach control. I then advised midland approach that I had the 1-MIN WX at odo and requested and received the visual approach into odo. Winds were favoring a landing on runway 20 and an approach to runway 20 was planned. On short final yellow X's were seen and a go around to runway 16 was executed. Landing was normal and taxied to parking. Passenger boarded and aircraft departed on runway 16; I contacted midland approach for an IFR clearance back. Upon talking to dispatch I had been informed that the contractor (who was doing the work at odo) had called and that the airport had been NOTAM'ed closed. After finding out this information I immediately advised my supervisor and was instructed to initiate the ASRS report. Note: odo AWOS did not report any local NOTAM's for runway closures or an airport closures. The next day another NOTAM was issued for runway 20 for its closure. ATC at no time reported that odo had any runway closure or that there was an airport closure in effect.

Title: BE90 LANDED AT ARPT THAT HAD BEEN NOTAM'ED CLOSED.
Narrative: PREFLT INFO FOR THE ABOVE FLT WAS OBTAINED THROUGH WX SVCS PROVIDED THROUGH COMPANY. AN ARPT BRIEF WAS PERFORMED AND A SCAN OF WX AND NOTAMS WAS PERFORMED FOR THE FLT TO ODO. WHEN REVIEWING THE NOTAMS VIA COMPUTER I HAD SCROLLED THROUGH WHAT I HAD THOUGHT WERE ALL NOTAMS PERTAINING TO THE ARR ARPT. UNFORTUNATELY; I HAD NOT SCROLLED DOWN TO THE VERY BOTTOM OF THE NOTAM LIST AND MISSED THE VERY LAST NOTAM ABOUT THE ARPT CLOSURE. URGENCY TO ACCOMPLISH MISSION WITH A 20 MIN RESPONSE TIME AND DIFFERENCES IN WX REPORTING SYS (A VERSUS B) WERE CONTRIBUTING FACTORS TO THE NOTAM OVERSIGHT. FLT BEGAN WITH CLRNC AS FOLLOWS: CLRED ODO; DIRECT; MAINTAIN 12000. DEP FREQ 119.20; SQUAWK XXXX. AFTER DEP WAS HANDED OFF TO APCH; FTW CTR AND THEN MIDLAND APCH CTL. I THEN ADVISED MIDLAND APCH THAT I HAD THE 1-MIN WX AT ODO AND REQUESTED AND RECEIVED THE VISUAL APCH INTO ODO. WINDS WERE FAVORING A LNDG ON RWY 20 AND AN APCH TO RWY 20 WAS PLANNED. ON SHORT FINAL YELLOW X'S WERE SEEN AND A GAR TO RWY 16 WAS EXECUTED. LNDG WAS NORMAL AND TAXIED TO PARKING. PAX BOARDED AND ACFT DEPARTED ON RWY 16; I CONTACTED MIDLAND APCH FOR AN IFR CLRNC BACK. UPON TALKING TO DISPATCH I HAD BEEN INFORMED THAT THE CONTRACTOR (WHO WAS DOING THE WORK AT ODO) HAD CALLED AND THAT THE ARPT HAD BEEN NOTAM'ED CLOSED. AFTER FINDING OUT THIS INFO I IMMEDIATELY ADVISED MY SUPVR AND WAS INSTRUCTED TO INITIATE THE ASRS RPT. NOTE: ODO AWOS DID NOT RPT ANY LCL NOTAM'S FOR RWY CLOSURES OR AN ARPT CLOSURES. THE NEXT DAY ANOTHER NOTAM WAS ISSUED FOR RWY 20 FOR ITS CLOSURE. ATC AT NO TIME REPORTED THAT ODO HAD ANY RWY CLOSURE OR THAT THERE WAS AN ARPT CLOSURE IN EFFECT.
