Narrative:

Level at FL340; 20 mins into flight. I was PF. Captain noticed left engine oil quantity was zero. Other indications normal. Shortly after; left engine oil pressure began to drop. We performed engine oil pressure checklist and engine failure or precautionary shutdown checklist. Captain declared emergency and we descended to FL200. Due to aircraft weight and mountainous terrain around; we decided to proceed to ZZZZ1. Landing was uneventful and below maximum landing weight.
