Narrative:
While climbing from FL410 to FL430; right fire warning light came on. I was the PNF. Immediately called ATC and told them we had a fire light and need descent. ATC asked if I wanted to declare an emergency. I told them yes. They (ATC) told us to descend to FL390. At the same time I (PNF) was talking to ATC; the PF started descending and reducing power on right engine. The fire light went out and we leveled off at FL390. This process of ATC and start of descent was only a few seconds. We troubleshot the system per checklist and experience. Could not find any reason for fire light to come on. All system were normal. Discussed this between PF and PNF and decided it was a false indication. Contacted ATC and canceled the emergency. No further issues.
