Narrative:
Fatigue report. This is my second attempt. I have flown 4 trips that completely flipped my circadian rhythm. I bid for 3 day trips and the bid system filled my line with fake 3 day. These are trips that are really 2 days long but arrive very late on the second day. The sequence of flying versus time off has gone like this: 2 days on; 2 off; 2 on; 1 off; 2 on; 2 off; 2 on; 1 off and 2 on with an early XA00 departure. These trips have all left early; usually XC00 or XA30; and then have arrived late the next day. Last night I blocked in at XS20; and returned home at XJ00. I slept until XF30 and woke up fatigued. Now I have to try and go to bed in 9 hours; so that I can wake up at XV00 to fly an XA00 departure. I am unsafe to fly and am suffering from cumulative fatigue.
