Narrative:
After block in I called crew desk and called fatigue due to 2 all-night flts in 5 days with multiple lost sleep during this period; and felt unfit to situation reserve as I felt time was needed to recover from the multiple day to night transitions coupled with lack of sleep. Filed operations report per company policy. However I now see on the company website that the system has me recorded as on sick list today. I am not sick; rather fatigued.
