Narrative:

Aircraft in maintenance at FBO at ZZZ. Cleared a write up concerning pitch trim indicator -- loose on shaft. On takeoff and climb out; pitch trim operated normal. Autoplt engaged on level off at 15000 ft MSL. Autoplt out of trim. Autoplt disconnected and aircraft out of trim and electrical and manual pitch trim inoperative. Returned to ZZZ and on approximately base leg; electric and manual pitch trim began to work normal. However; pitch trim indicator was then inoperative. Overweight landing at ZZZ. Suspect that after maintenance or climb out; there was some type of jam in pitch trim system that cleared itself with continued pressure on manual pitch trim wheel. Maintenance discovered that in the process of gluing the black tip onto the shaft of the trim indicator shaft; glue dripped onto gears that control the trim and caused the trim to jam as it rotated forward.

Title: A CESSNA 525B ACFT EXPERIENCED A PITCH TRIM JAM AFTER LEVEL OFF. ACFT OUT OF TRIM WITH ELECTRIC AND MANUAL PITCH TRIM INOP.

Narrative: ACFT IN MAINT AT FBO AT ZZZ. CLEARED A WRITE UP CONCERNING PITCH TRIM INDICATOR -- LOOSE ON SHAFT. ON TKOF AND CLB OUT; PITCH TRIM OPERATED NORMAL. AUTOPLT ENGAGED ON LEVEL OFF AT 15000 FT MSL. AUTOPLT OUT OF TRIM. AUTOPLT DISCONNECTED AND ACFT OUT OF TRIM AND ELECTRICAL AND MANUAL PITCH TRIM INOP. RETURNED TO ZZZ AND ON APPROX BASE LEG; ELECTRIC AND MANUAL PITCH TRIM BEGAN TO WORK NORMAL. HOWEVER; PITCH TRIM INDICATOR WAS THEN INOP. OVERWT LNDG AT ZZZ. SUSPECT THAT AFTER MAINT OR CLB OUT; THERE WAS SOME TYPE OF JAM IN PITCH TRIM SYSTEM THAT CLEARED ITSELF WITH CONTINUED PRESSURE ON MANUAL PITCH TRIM WHEEL. MAINT DISCOVERED THAT IN THE PROCESS OF GLUING THE BLACK TIP ONTO THE SHAFT OF THE TRIM INDICATOR SHAFT; GLUE DRIPPED ONTO GEARS THAT CONTROL THE TRIM AND CAUSED THE TRIM TO JAM AS IT ROTATED FORWARD.
