Narrative:
Given clearance to cross fak at FL290. We were level at FL350. I found myself dozing off and when I opened my eyes I saw we never started our descent. Right then; ATC said to disregard clearance and just descend to FL290. This was last day of a 4-DAY trip. Overnight was only scheduled for 9 hours 56 mins. Got to hotel around XA30 and had to catch van following morning at XI30. Factors: not enough rest; fatigue; etc.
