Narrative:
I was scheduled to operate as a first officer from the west to london. This would have been the beginning of my fourth such round-trip within 13 days. When completed; that equals 8 united states coast-to-coast plus atlantic xings; 12 days work; nearly 88 flight hours and 48 time zones in 15 days! Following a restless and nearly sleepless night due to previously lost sleep and volatile rest patterns forced by my schedule; my alarm sounded today signaling my need to prepare for yet another sleep deprecating international flight. While I am technically 'legal' to fly; I am too tired and unsafe to drive let alone operate an airliner full of almost 300 people. Therefore; I notified my employer; I am temporarily unfit to fly due to chronic fatigue.

Narrative: I WAS SCHEDULED TO OPERATE AS A FO FROM THE WEST TO LONDON. THIS WOULD HAVE BEEN THE BEGINNING OF MY FOURTH SUCH ROUND-TRIP WITHIN 13 DAYS. WHEN COMPLETED; THAT EQUALS 8 UNITED STATES COAST-TO-COAST PLUS ATLANTIC XINGS; 12 DAYS WORK; NEARLY 88 FLT HRS AND 48 TIME ZONES IN 15 DAYS! FOLLOWING A RESTLESS AND NEARLY SLEEPLESS NIGHT DUE TO PREVIOUSLY LOST SLEEP AND VOLATILE REST PATTERNS FORCED BY MY SCHEDULE; MY ALARM SOUNDED TODAY SIGNALING MY NEED TO PREPARE FOR YET ANOTHER SLEEP DEPRECATING INTL FLT.
