Narrative:

During descent via nordk one arrival; approach changed runway; which necessitated a runway programming change. During FMS change; we deviated off arrival course as it turned and we didn't. Recognized the deviation immediately and corrected back toward course when controller said he noticed our deviation. We idented the cause with him and told him we were correcting back to course when he called. He provided vectors for the rest of the arrival anyway. Off course deviation did not exceed the turn radius of the aircraft and the controller did not note any loss of separation with other traffic.
