Narrative:
We departed slc and started a climb on the LEETS1 SID; had FL230 in the altitude window. Both crew members missed the zeeta 10000 ft restr at or below. Climbing through 10300 ft we realized the error and started to go back down to 10000 ft. We reached a top altitude of 10600 ft prior to going back down to 10000 ft. Talked to ATC about the incident. No conflicts with other aircraft according to ATC. Better review of the SID. This is a new one for slc and although we both looked and even said we thought FL230 seemed high for the SID but still missed the zeeta restr as all the other restrs were at or above.
