Narrative:

We were delayed due to a refuel malfunction at approximately XA20. The captain failed to answer a simple question. I waited to hear his response when he started convulsing into a full seizure. I yelled at the flight attendant to get paramedics and radioed to operations to send emt's. Luckily; there was a nurse and md who immediately came to the cockpit. Captain regained consciousness about 5 mins later and was taken to the hospital for observation.
