Narrative:
We were taxiing to the gate when a de-ice truck was driving across the ramp at a very fast speed. We saw him and had to stop fast. The truck kept coming at us. He did not see us until he was right on top of us. We braced for impact; but the truck missed us by less than 16 ft. The truck driver was driving too fast across the ramp. It was very icy.
