Narrative:
I was assigned to change wheel and tire assembly as per the write-up; per current maintenance manual. The tire was delivered to aircraft with replacement parts tag of high gross weight tire; but the actual tire was low gross weight tire. The colored stripe mark on the wheel half was missing. After inspection by inspector; I installed the wheel tire assembly. No damage happened to the aircraft. The tire was changed per the maintenance manual.
