Narrative:

While taxiing into the tie-down area on the ramp; my PA28's right wing collided with the end post of a fence. I was using full left rudder and left differential brake to bring the right main gear into position on the parking 'T.' I realized the right wing was going to collide with the fence post but had no time to react. In addition to this; I found it hard to press the right differential brake to stop the turn. After the collision; it was found that the right pedal's heel had detached and wedged between the arch of my foot and the brake pedal's base. This contributed to the inability to stop.
