Narrative:
Pairing scheduled at 7 hours 53 mins block time. Consistently runs over 8 hours block time. Ran over 8 hours 35 mins yesterday and 8 hours 40 mins the week before. This is an unacceptable pairing due to circadian rhythm conflicts. All-nighter; early departure for 7 hours 53 mins scheduled; early departure. This pairing needs to stop at ZZZ for crew rest and internal clock reset. I am personally trashed for the next day's departure due to lack of rest at the time needed. Stop the pairing after the return to ZZZ leg. Exceeded maximum block duty day.
