Narrative:

I called FSS for a standard VFR briefing for a VFR flight from ZZZ to ols. The briefer alerted me on the active restr area #right-2303C. He did not say anything about #right-2303A&B! I asked the briefer to repeat the alert and for the second time he only mentioned #right-2303C. I called FSS after the flight to confirm that my call was recorded and they confirmed. I have flown this same route several times in the past so I am very aware of the above restr airspace. I remained clear of R-2303A;B;&C airspaces! I altered my course and approach to the west of these airspaces and east of tucson class C airspace. I saw to my right the tus airport and the city. I did not see any military aircraft. Winds were light out of the southwest. I overflew ols; at midfield at 6000 ft MSL; entered the pattern on a 45 degree approach to runway 21; left downwind; and landed on runway 21. There were 3 other aircraft in the pattern or on approach to ols. I was #2 aircraft for landing behind a C182; who was approaching straight-in for runway 21. I navigated my flight using both paper charts and my garmin 430 GPS system. I know that I remained clear of all restr airspaces and I believe that the C182 that flew straight-in for runway 21 was the violator of the restr airspace. The FBO employee tagged the wrong aircraft!
