Narrative:
While on taxiway performing ice protect test; tower asked if we were ready to go. We were almost done with the #2 ice detect system; so the captain made the decision to say yes we were ready. They cleared us into position and hold. While taxiing into position we started rushing the checklist. In the middle of rushing our checklist the tower cleared us for takeoff. Instead of declining the clearance for more time; we accepted the clearance. We went right back to rushing the checklist. Interrupting our attempt to finish the checklist was a takeoff confign warning. The captain and first officer called the decision to discontinue the takeoff. We cleared the runway to reconfigure and stop rushing.
