Narrative:
Flight returned to gate to deplane passenger at her request. Command was given to disarm doors. I failed to rearm door 1R. Became aware of this mid flight. Tried but was unable to re-arm. Did not inform purser.

Title: A FLT ATTENDANT ON A TRANS-PACIFIC FLT FAILED TO ARM ASSIGNED DOOR FOR DEP.
Narrative: FLT RETURNED TO GATE TO DEPLANE PAX AT HER REQUEST. COMMAND WAS GIVEN TO DISARM DOORS. I FAILED TO REARM DOOR 1R. BECAME AWARE OF THIS MID FLT. TRIED BUT WAS UNABLE TO RE-ARM. DID NOT INFORM PURSER.
