Narrative:
FMS programmed for soldo departure and south route over atl to ZZZ. Door closed at departure; #1 makes departure PA; and PA is unusable. After short delay; OTS. Passenger sent to flight a couple gates away and we are sent to pick up aircraft to use for the empty flight. Then we are sent back to the gate where flight actually arrives. Hustled to get empty flight off gate; new flight plan (captain programmed FMS this time). Flight plan shows triss departure north over djb/cxr (longer distance/half the tailwind). We even questioned the changes between us. Taxied out and departed. Airborne; departure questioned our departure; quick check of pre departure clearance and found soldo routing south; not flight plan routing. Was turned direct soldo and the south routing as the pre departure clearance stated. Once more via many distrs; we got in a rush and got behind the curve. With the different routing/aircraft we failed to get a check on the box routing versus the pre departure clearance flight plan.

Title: DUE TO A MAINT PROBLEM; AN MD80 FLT CREW IS ASSIGNED ANOTHER ACFT TO FERRY TO DEST. NEW FLT PLAN IS ISSUED FOR THE FLT; INCLUDING A CHANGE IN ROUTING. THIS ROUTE IS PROGRAMMED AND FLOWN; BUT THE PDC ISSUED FOR THE FLT IS FOR THE ORIGINAL ROUTING.
Narrative: FMS PROGRAMMED FOR SOLDO DEP AND S RTE OVER ATL TO ZZZ. DOOR CLOSED AT DEP; #1 MAKES DEP PA; AND PA IS UNUSABLE. AFTER SHORT DELAY; OTS. PAX SENT TO FLT A COUPLE GATES AWAY AND WE ARE SENT TO PICK UP ACFT TO USE FOR THE EMPTY FLT. THEN WE ARE SENT BACK TO THE GATE WHERE FLT ACTUALLY ARRIVES. HUSTLED TO GET EMPTY FLT OFF GATE; NEW FLT PLAN (CAPT PROGRAMMED FMS THIS TIME). FLT PLAN SHOWS TRISS DEP N OVER DJB/CXR (LONGER DISTANCE/HALF THE TAILWIND). WE EVEN QUESTIONED THE CHANGES BTWN US. TAXIED OUT AND DEPARTED. AIRBORNE; DEP QUESTIONED OUR DEP; QUICK CHK OF PDC AND FOUND SOLDO ROUTING S; NOT FLIGHT PLAN ROUTING. WAS TURNED DIRECT SOLDO AND THE S ROUTING AS THE PDC STATED. ONCE MORE VIA MANY DISTRS; WE GOT IN A RUSH AND GOT BEHIND THE CURVE. WITH THE DIFFERENT ROUTING/ACFT WE FAILED TO GET A CHK ON THE BOX ROUTING VERSUS THE PDC FLT PLAN.
