Narrative:
After landing; during roll out on runway 3; I encountered another aircraft that had landed on runway 21 and was rolling out. Two circumstances led to this event. The correct CTAF frequency had been selected but the wrong radio selected; leading to the impression no one else was in the pattern. The second link was the use of noise avoidance procedure that favored landing on runway 3 and takeoff on runway 21. A previous noise avoidance procedure advised to land uphill on runway 3 unless the tailwind was greater than 10 mph.
