Narrative:
I was assigned to aircraft X for an 'a' check at the hangar. Upon inspection of the #2 propeller assembly; I found 2 blades that had 'illegal -- unauthorized' repairs done to the nickel sheaths; and 1 delaminated as stated on the work order: #1 non routine write-up #2. The next day I was informed by mr X that he had to override my non-routine write-up due to it sounding that an aircraft was flying with an illegal repair. He then created non routine write ups #3 for a work order #4 to cover the same propeller blades. Both my non routine write-ups and my unserviceable tags were changed. The repairs were correctly written up; and now without my permission; knowledge; they were changed to state information that is incorrect; as if the air carrier was audited that they wouldn't be fined for illegal repairs being on an aircraft. Tonight aircraft Y work order: #5 non routine write-ups #6 propeller blades were removed from the aircraft due to the same reason that the repair is not authority/authorized for this serial number blades.

Title: A MECHANIC INSPECTING THE #2 ENGINE PROP ASSEMBLY ON A DEHAVILLAND (BOMBARDIER) DHC-8-400 FINDS ILLEGAL AND UNAUTHORIZED REPAIRS TO THE NICKEL SHEATHS AND ONE DELAMINATION. HIS WRITE-UPS ARE OVERRIDDEN TO NOT INDICATE ILLEGAL REPAIRS.
Narrative: I WAS ASSIGNED TO ACFT X FOR AN 'A' CHK AT THE HANGAR. UPON INSPECTION OF THE #2 PROP ASSEMBLY; I FOUND 2 BLADES THAT HAD 'ILLEGAL -- UNAUTH' REPAIRS DONE TO THE NICKEL SHEATHS; AND 1 DELAMINATED AS STATED ON THE WORK ORDER: #1 NON ROUTINE WRITE-UP #2. THE NEXT DAY I WAS INFORMED BY MR X THAT HE HAD TO OVERRIDE MY NON-ROUTINE WRITE-UP DUE TO IT SOUNDING THAT AN ACFT WAS FLYING WITH AN ILLEGAL REPAIR. HE THEN CREATED NON ROUTINE WRITE UPS #3 FOR A WORK ORDER #4 TO COVER THE SAME PROP BLADES. BOTH MY NON ROUTINE WRITE-UPS AND MY UNSERVICEABLE TAGS WERE CHANGED. THE REPAIRS WERE CORRECTLY WRITTEN UP; AND NOW WITHOUT MY PERMISSION; KNOWLEDGE; THEY WERE CHANGED TO STATE INFO THAT IS INCORRECT; AS IF THE ACR WAS AUDITED THAT THEY WOULDN'T BE FINED FOR ILLEGAL REPAIRS BEING ON AN ACFT. TONIGHT ACFT Y WORK ORDER: #5 NON ROUTINE WRITE-UPS #6 PROP BLADES WERE REMOVED FROM THE ACFT DUE TO THE SAME REASON THAT THE REPAIR IS NOT AUTH FOR THIS SERIAL NUMBER BLADES.
