Narrative:
I put aircraft X on a vector around R2205 because the status area here at fai showed R2205 hot. Zan queried me about the status of R2205. I informed him that I showed it hot; he (center) advised me that he showed the airspace cold for the day. Is it hot or cold? Who knows really; we have had numerous incidents like this. The coordination procedure(south) is broken.
