Narrative:
Altitude deviation on ELDEE3 arrival to dca runway 01. During cruise I made the following changes to the ELDEE3 in the FMGC per NOTAM: pugee at or above 12000 ft delete restr at capss wzrrd at or above 10000 ft delete restr at daric. We crossed druzz at 15000 ft and were cleared to descend via the ELDEE3 arrival. I started a slow descent to pugee at 12000 ft. At 14600 ft washington center said we were supposed to stay at 15000 ft until revue. I climbed back to towards 15000 ft; reaching 14850 ft at revue then continued the arrival uneventfully. I discovered later that the airbus database did not have the 15000 ft restr at revue; even though it is a hard altitude on the printed arrival chart. The captain and I both missed this omission when we edited and reviewed the arrival. I sent an ACARS report on the ground at dca to report the database error. I believe the multiple NOTAM changes to the arrival helped me to overlook the database error; resulting in this deviation.

Title: A319 FLT CREW DSNDS EARLY ON THE ELDEE3 ARR TO DCA; CITING NOTAM CHANGES TO CROSSING RESTRS AS DISTRACTING.
Narrative: ALTITUDE DEV ON ELDEE3 ARR TO DCA RWY 01. DURING CRUISE I MADE THE FOLLOWING CHANGES TO THE ELDEE3 IN THE FMGC PER NOTAM: PUGEE AT OR ABOVE 12000 FT DELETE RESTR AT CAPSS WZRRD AT OR ABOVE 10000 FT DELETE RESTR AT DARIC. WE CROSSED DRUZZ AT 15000 FT AND WERE CLRED TO DSND VIA THE ELDEE3 ARR. I STARTED A SLOW DSCNT TO PUGEE AT 12000 FT. AT 14600 FT WASHINGTON CENTER SAID WE WERE SUPPOSED TO STAY AT 15000 FT UNTIL REVUE. I CLBED BACK TO TOWARDS 15000 FT; REACHING 14850 FT AT REVUE THEN CONTINUED THE ARR UNEVENTFULLY. I DISCOVERED LATER THAT THE AIRBUS DATABASE DID NOT HAVE THE 15000 FT RESTR AT REVUE; EVEN THOUGH IT IS A HARD ALTITUDE ON THE PRINTED ARR CHART. THE CAPT AND I BOTH MISSED THIS OMISSION WHEN WE EDITED AND REVIEWED THE ARR. I SENT AN ACARS RPT ON THE GND AT DCA TO RPT THE DATABASE ERROR. I BELIEVE THE MULTIPLE NOTAM CHANGES TO THE ARR HELPED ME TO OVERLOOK THE DATABASE ERROR; RESULTING IN THIS DEVIATION.
