Narrative:
I was PNF sic on a westwind ii. We had canceled our IFR flight plan with ZKC and were squawking VFR. We checked in with the FBO on frequency 123.00 about our passenger transportation and had good reception. Called our intentions to shoot the ILS 17 approach. WX was light winds out of northeast and VFR. There were no TCAS targets so we proceeded with the approach since captain was not familiar with area. We continued announcing position but after further review; frequency was set on 123.8 instead of 123.0. We noticed an aircraft on runway and exiting when we were on short final so we elected to land. We talked with the super cub pilot and apologized at the time we did not know the frequency was wrong. I thought the #2 radio had failed. Supplemental information from acn 784390: the way the runway was slightly sloped; the aircraft was partly obscured. In the moment I was pushing the power levers forward to go around I observed the aircraft at the opposite end exit the runway onto the grass.

Title: WESTWIND FLT CREW REPORTS USING WRONG UNICOM FREQUENCY ARRIVING PNC CAUSING SUPER CUB DEPARTING OPPOSITE DIRECTION TO TAXI OFF RWY ON TO GRASS.
Narrative: I WAS PNF SIC ON A WESTWIND II. WE HAD CANCELED OUR IFR FLT PLAN WITH ZKC AND WERE SQUAWKING VFR. WE CHKED IN WITH THE FBO ON FREQ 123.00 ABOUT OUR PAX TRANSPORTATION AND HAD GOOD RECEPTION. CALLED OUR INTENTIONS TO SHOOT THE ILS 17 APCH. WX WAS LIGHT WINDS OUT OF NE AND VFR. THERE WERE NO TCAS TARGETS SO WE PROCEEDED WITH THE APCH SINCE CAPT WAS NOT FAMILIAR WITH AREA. WE CONTINUED ANNOUNCING POS BUT AFTER FURTHER REVIEW; FREQ WAS SET ON 123.8 INSTEAD OF 123.0. WE NOTICED AN ACFT ON RWY AND EXITING WHEN WE WERE ON SHORT FINAL SO WE ELECTED TO LAND. WE TALKED WITH THE SUPER CUB PLT AND APOLOGIZED AT THE TIME WE DID NOT KNOW THE FREQ WAS WRONG. I THOUGHT THE #2 RADIO HAD FAILED. SUPPLEMENTAL INFO FROM ACN 784390: THE WAY THE RWY WAS SLIGHTLY SLOPED; THE ACFT WAS PARTLY OBSCURED. IN THE MOMENT I WAS PUSHING THE PWR LEVERS FORWARD TO GO AROUND I OBSERVED THE ACFT AT THE OPPOSITE END EXIT THE RWY ONTO THE GRASS.
