Narrative:

As to the best of my memory I remember my lead had assigned me to fabricate doubler and filler. So I fabricated and prepared doubler and filler following srm procedures and not seeing any elongated holes on the stringer after the fabrication and prepping was completed. Then I got an ok to install from quality control. Supplemental information from acn 786248: to my best recollection; I came to work overtime. My turnover was repair splice is complete and it needs quality control buyback. Supplemental information from acn 786246: I had started to work overtime at XA00 on the aircraft. The patch was 90% done. I had finished up installing the fasteners under the tight areas not on the stringer. I don't remember seeing any elongated holes or anything wrong with the repair. After completing the repair; inspection and myself had inspected the repair. After the repair was done; neither myself nor inspection found any discrepancies on the repair. Then the repair was signed off.
