Narrative:
Upon attempting to park; I lost control of ground steering and the left wingtip struck a parked; unoccupied van. I attempted to make a 90 degree turn to the right; trying to line the plane up with hash-marks painted on the yellow stop-line. The plane slowly turned to right; then continued tracking straight; I applied full right nosewheel and full right brake; but there was no response. Upon realizing the plane was unable to turn and was bound to strike the van I cut-off both mixtures. The left wingtip struck the van while the engines had just completely stopped and shutdown. Several people came to see what had happened and an arff employee came out; took my information to fill out an airport incident report. I called operations at my company at that point for further assistance.
