Narrative:
ZNY area a new sector 8 introduced recently. No map overlays in area B (adjoining airspace) depicting airspace change. No definitive procedures for climbing J80/6 departures from sector 39 to sector 8/10. Not all control personnel briefed on airspace change before it went into effect. Fixes for 'dual J80' not on maps in area B. This new sector was designed to accommodate a new departure airway that was part of the ny/nj/PA airspace redesign. I can't fathom how the FAA was unable to publish these changes on the controller maps; or come up with new or revised climb out procedures; let alone make sure all personnel were briefed before throwing the switch. They've literally had yrs to make sure these bases were covered.
