Narrative:
Pushback tug communicator on headset used correct terminology on only 1 of 5 responses from newly instituted cockpit-ground script. He did not have; and was unaware of; an allegedly issued laminated card from which to read the revised scripts. Permanently affix laminated card to each tug. Air crew should not move aircraft until proper terminology is used by the pushback crew.
