Narrative: ACR X OBSERVED CONVERGING VFR TFC AT 13500 FT MSL WHILE DSNDING THROUGH 14000 FT MSL. PLT CLBED BACK UP TO 14000 FT MSL TO AVOID COLLISION. VFR TFC WAS NOT OBSERVED BY ATC.
