Narrative:
Low speed abort. Just after adding takeoff thrust and at approximately 40 KTS; the 'right forward ent door' EICAS message appeared and captain took control of aircraft to reject the takeoff. Uneventful abort. Taxied clear of runway and returned to gate for maintenance action. This was the first revenue flight for aircraft after returning from cabin upgrade and new landing gear. Inbound ferry flight had written up same door as indicating open on landing. Fixed prior to our flight. Just prior to pushback; we had to have flight attendant cycle door 2R handle to have door indicate closed. Mechanics able to determine that a faulty door sensor was the likely cause and deferred the door indicating system for us. We then resumed the flight without incident. There were also deferrals on the log for the equipment cooling valve and a wing illumination light. The aircraft also required hydraulic servicing and fixing of a slide pack cover on another door during preflight. Fresh out of depot and not quite ready to fly. The captain and I were not surprised.

Title: B767 FLT CREW REJECT TKOF FOR DOOR WARNING LIGHT AND REPORT OTHER ANOMALIES ON ACFT RETURNING FROM DEPOT LEVEL MAINTENANCE.
Narrative: LOW SPD ABORT. JUST AFTER ADDING TKOF THRUST AND AT APPROX 40 KTS; THE 'R FORWARD ENT DOOR' EICAS MESSAGE APPEARED AND CAPT TOOK CTL OF ACFT TO REJECT THE TKOF. UNEVENTFUL ABORT. TAXIED CLR OF RWY AND RETURNED TO GATE FOR MAINT ACTION. THIS WAS THE FIRST REVENUE FLT FOR ACFT AFTER RETURNING FROM CABIN UPGRADE AND NEW LNDG GEAR. INBOUND FERRY FLT HAD WRITTEN UP SAME DOOR AS INDICATING OPEN ON LNDG. FIXED PRIOR TO OUR FLT. JUST PRIOR TO PUSHBACK; WE HAD TO HAVE FLT ATTENDANT CYCLE DOOR 2R HANDLE TO HAVE DOOR INDICATE CLOSED. MECHS ABLE TO DETERMINE THAT A FAULTY DOOR SENSOR WAS THE LIKELY CAUSE AND DEFERRED THE DOOR INDICATING SYS FOR US. WE THEN RESUMED THE FLT WITHOUT INCIDENT. THERE WERE ALSO DEFERRALS ON THE LOG FOR THE EQUIP COOLING VALVE AND A WING ILLUMINATION LIGHT. THE ACFT ALSO REQUIRED HYD SVCING AND FIXING OF A SLIDE PACK COVER ON ANOTHER DOOR DURING PREFLT. FRESH OUT OF DEPOT AND NOT QUITE READY TO FLY. THE CAPT AND I WERE NOT SURPRISED.
