Narrative:

Aircraft X swbound at FL220 direct orl landing tpa. Aircraft Y climbing to FL230 nebound deviating around WX and into another sector. Aircraft Y issued an amended altitude of FL210. Aircraft Z read the clearance back. Then issued an amended altitude to aircraft Z FL210. Traffic issued to aircraft Y reference aircraft X at FL220 then switched frequency. During this time; WX was impacting sectors R57/R58. All aircraft were deviating or on assigned headings. Traffic was being worked by sector 57 in sector 58's airspace. Also many handoffs to mco TRACON had to be forced manually. The noise level was very high in the control room. Aircraft Y responded to an RA and went back down to FL210 before starting to climb again.
