Narrative:
Normal landing and rollout captain announced 80 KTS then stated 'I have the controls.' I stated 'you have the controls' and he took them over at that time (no issues). As we were saying this; the controller issued a taxi after landing clearance of left turn then taxiway east. I couldn't hear him well and not the flight number at all. The captain said 'left turn then taxiway east.' he started the turn and then the controller quickly stated 'no; not on runway 22.' we were already too far at this point and he had another aircraft; that was still in the air; go around. To be honest; the controller seemed hurried and the instruction I heard was not that clear.

Title: LNDG ACFT MUST GAR WHEN; ON LNDG ROLLOUT; B737-300 EXITS 27R ONTO 22L VICE ECHO AS CLEARED. FLT CREW CITES CONCURRENT FLT CONTROL EXCHANGE AND POOR TRANSMISSION RECEPTION AS CONTRIBUTING FACTORS.
Narrative: NORMAL LNDG AND ROLLOUT CAPT ANNOUNCED 80 KTS THEN STATED 'I HAVE THE CTLS.' I STATED 'YOU HAVE THE CTLS' AND HE TOOK THEM OVER AT THAT TIME (NO ISSUES). AS WE WERE SAYING THIS; THE CTLR ISSUED A TAXI AFTER LNDG CLRNC OF L TURN THEN TXWY E. I COULDN'T HEAR HIM WELL AND NOT THE FLT NUMBER AT ALL. THE CAPT SAID 'L TURN THEN TXWY E.' HE STARTED THE TURN AND THEN THE CTLR QUICKLY STATED 'NO; NOT ON RWY 22.' WE WERE ALREADY TOO FAR AT THIS POINT AND HE HAD ANOTHER ACFT; THAT WAS STILL IN THE AIR; GO AROUND. TO BE HONEST; THE CTLR SEEMED HURRIED AND THE INSTRUCTION I HEARD WAS NOT THAT CLR.
