Narrative:

We were flying the eldee 3 arrival to dca. ATC cleared us to cross druzz at 15000 ft. Then he told us to descend via the eldee 3. After druzz; I continued descent to cross pugee at or above 12000 ft. Passing 13800 ft; ATC advised that revue was mandatory at 15000 ft and to stop our descent. I leveled at 13600 ft. After passing revue; we continued descent and I asked ATC to confirm altitude required at pugee. He said 13000 ft. The company note said cross pugee at or above 12000 ft. I told ATC that we were unable to descend via the eldee 3 due to conflicting information. ATC gave altitude assignments for the remainder of the arrival. During cruise; I had modified 5 crossing altitudes according to the air carrier instructions. Either revue was not showing 15000 ft or I accidentally deleted it while modifying the others and missed it during the review.

Title: AN MD80 REPORTS CROSSING THE REVUE WAYPOINT ON THE DCA ELDEE ARR LOW. THE FLT CREW MODIFIED THE FMS RNAV ARR AND DELETED A WAYPOINT.

Narrative: WE WERE FLYING THE ELDEE 3 ARR TO DCA. ATC CLRED US TO CROSS DRUZZ AT 15000 FT. THEN HE TOLD US TO DSND VIA THE ELDEE 3. AFTER DRUZZ; I CONTINUED DSCNT TO CROSS PUGEE AT OR ABOVE 12000 FT. PASSING 13800 FT; ATC ADVISED THAT REVUE WAS MANDATORY AT 15000 FT AND TO STOP OUR DSCNT. I LEVELED AT 13600 FT. AFTER PASSING REVUE; WE CONTINUED DSCNT AND I ASKED ATC TO CONFIRM ALT REQUIRED AT PUGEE. HE SAID 13000 FT. THE COMPANY NOTE SAID CROSS PUGEE AT OR ABOVE 12000 FT. I TOLD ATC THAT WE WERE UNABLE TO DSND VIA THE ELDEE 3 DUE TO CONFLICTING INFO. ATC GAVE ALT ASSIGNMENTS FOR THE REMAINDER OF THE ARR. DURING CRUISE; I HAD MODIFIED 5 XING ALTS ACCORDING TO THE ACR INSTRUCTIONS. EITHER REVUE WAS NOT SHOWING 15000 FT OR I ACCIDENTALLY DELETED IT WHILE MODIFYING THE OTHERS AND MISSED IT DURING THE REVIEW.
