Narrative: ACFT X WAS CLBING NBOUND AND PENETRATED STL TWR AIRSPACE WITHOUT A POINTOUT FROM T75 TRACON TO STL TWR. THIS IS A COMMON AND DANGEROUS OCCURRENCE.
