Narrative:
This report is filed to highlight a potential problem with pre departure clearance's. The problem could occur on any flight. Pre departure clearance's are stored in the computer for an extended period. There appears to be the possibility that a flight could pull up a pre departure clearance from the previous day's flight. Suggestion or recommendation is to archive pre departure clearance's after 12 hours so that they would not be readily available. The purpose of this would be to prevent a flight from inadvertently accessing a pre departure clearance from the previous day's operation.
