The first officer indicated that the nose 'felt heavy' on takeoff. I contacted our dispatcher for a 'load audit.' apparently; the weight and balance data we received was not correct for the way we were actually loaded in ZZZ.

Title: A MD80 CAPT REPORTS THE ACFT WAS NOT LOADED CORRECTLY RESULTING IN A 'HEAVY NOSE' ON TKOF. A LOAD AUDIT WAS CONDUCTED.
Narrative: THE FO INDICATED THAT THE NOSE 'FELT HVY' ON TKOF. I CONTACTED OUR DISPATCHER FOR A 'LOAD AUDIT.' APPARENTLY; THE WT AND BAL DATA WE RECEIVED WAS NOT CORRECT FOR THE WAY WE WERE ACTUALLY LOADED IN ZZZ.
