Narrative:
I made the decision to declare an emergency and return to ZZZ after my flight instruments and the first officer's flight instruments began giving erroneous information. The checklist did not remedy the problem. I believe the source of the problem was both air data computers.

Title: CL65 RETURNS TO DEP ARPT WHEN CAPT AND FO FLT INSTRUMENTS GIVE ERRONEOUS INFORMATION.
Narrative: I MADE THE DECISION TO DECLARE AN EMER AND RETURN TO ZZZ AFTER MY FLT INSTS AND THE FO'S FLT INSTS BEGAN GIVING ERRONEOUS INFO. THE CHKLIST DID NOT REMEDY THE PROB. I BELIEVE THE SOURCE OF THE PROB WAS BOTH AIR DATA COMPUTERS.
