Narrative:
Aircraft X VFR attempted to ascertain from FSS status of condor MOA but was unsuccessful. Pilot stated he tried local and toll free FSS phone numbers but no one answered. Pilot stated he tried local FSS frequencys once airborne in vicinity of condor MOA but was not able to raise FSS. This comes approximately 2 weeks from when ZBW was receiving complaints that FSS was unreachable on the hiwas frequency during a period of multiple sigmets were issued.

Title: ZBW CTLR EXPRESSED CONCERN REGARDING FSS FAILURE TO RESPOND TO MULTIPLE PLT REQUESTS VIA PHONE AND VARIOUS FREQS.
