Narrative:
The inbound aircraft arrived 5 mins after our scheduled departure time. We were rushed for time and had numerous interruptions as everyone was pushing for a quick turn time. I ended up dealing with a minor problem with the in-flight entertainment system. Then a last min jumpseat rider was added after receiving weight and balance. Our normal flows and checklists were interrupted once again. The first officer printed up our pre departure clearance and read it out loud but missed that the SID was different than filed and printed on our flight plan. I always read the pre departure clearance myself but honestly don't remember that I really looked it over other than to look at the altitude and transponder code. I think I was more concerned about making sure we had the tolerance on our weight and balance for the late addition. After checking in with departure control; the controller asked what SID we were assigned and I stated the maxxo 1. He gave us a heading to intercept a fix down line and said nothing more. That is when I reviewed our pre departure clearance and noted our error. I let all the interruptions and schedule/connection concerns disrupt my normal flows. I did not back up the first officer adequately; thus resulting in a completely avoidable error. While I fully accept my responsibility in the error; I also must emphasize how bad our printed pre departure clearance's are at identing changes to the filed route. Changes should be highlighted in a very obvious way.

Title: A RUSHED DEP PREPARATION AND THE MISREADING OF THE REVISED SEGMENT OF THE PDC CAUSES B737 FLT CREW TO FLY FILED SID VICE THE ONE BY WHICH THEY WERE CLEARED.
Narrative: THE INBOUND ACFT ARRIVED 5 MINS AFTER OUR SCHEDULED DEP TIME. WE WERE RUSHED FOR TIME AND HAD NUMEROUS INTERRUPTIONS AS EVERYONE WAS PUSHING FOR A QUICK TURN TIME. I ENDED UP DEALING WITH A MINOR PROB WITH THE INFLT ENTERTAINMENT SYS. THEN A LAST MIN JUMPSEAT RIDER WAS ADDED AFTER RECEIVING WT AND BAL. OUR NORMAL FLOWS AND CHKLISTS WERE INTERRUPTED ONCE AGAIN. THE FO PRINTED UP OUR PDC AND READ IT OUT LOUD BUT MISSED THAT THE SID WAS DIFFERENT THAN FILED AND PRINTED ON OUR FLT PLAN. I ALWAYS READ THE PDC MYSELF BUT HONESTLY DON'T REMEMBER THAT I REALLY LOOKED IT OVER OTHER THAN TO LOOK AT THE ALT AND XPONDER CODE. I THINK I WAS MORE CONCERNED ABOUT MAKING SURE WE HAD THE TOLERANCE ON OUR WT AND BAL FOR THE LATE ADDITION. AFTER CHKING IN WITH DEP CTL; THE CTLR ASKED WHAT SID WE WERE ASSIGNED AND I STATED THE MAXXO 1. HE GAVE US A HDG TO INTERCEPT A FIX DOWN LINE AND SAID NOTHING MORE. THAT IS WHEN I REVIEWED OUR PDC AND NOTED OUR ERROR. I LET ALL THE INTERRUPTIONS AND SCHEDULE/CONNECTION CONCERNS DISRUPT MY NORMAL FLOWS. I DID NOT BACK UP THE FO ADEQUATELY; THUS RESULTING IN A COMPLETELY AVOIDABLE ERROR. WHILE I FULLY ACCEPT MY RESPONSIBILITY IN THE ERROR; I ALSO MUST EMPHASIZE HOW BAD OUR PRINTED PDC'S ARE AT IDENTING CHANGES TO THE FILED RTE. CHANGES SHOULD BE HIGHLIGHTED IN A VERY OBVIOUS WAY.
