Narrative:
Performed an annual inspection on cessna TR182 in accordance with the aircraft service and maintenance manual. Performed a 100 hour inspection in accordance with the engine service and maintenance manual. Annual was completed jul/xa/08. Customer flew the plane from ZZZ to ZZZ1 where he called on jul/xc/08 to say the #6 cylinder was found cracked and leaking oil. At the time the annual was performed there was no crack in the #6 cylinder and no oil leak.

Title: AFTER PERFORMING AN ANNUAL; 100 HOUR INSPECTION ON A CESSNA TR182; THE IA MECHANIC WAS INFORMED THREE DAYS LATER; THE #6 CYLINDER WAS FOUND CRACKED AND LEAKING OIL.
Narrative: PERFORMED AN ANNUAL INSPECTION ON CESSNA TR182 IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE ACFT SVC AND MAINT MANUAL. PERFORMED A 100 HR INSPECTION IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE ENG SVC AND MAINT MANUAL. ANNUAL WAS COMPLETED JUL/XA/08. CUSTOMER FLEW THE PLANE FROM ZZZ TO ZZZ1 WHERE HE CALLED ON JUL/XC/08 TO SAY THE #6 CYLINDER WAS FOUND CRACKED AND LEAKING OIL. AT THE TIME THE ANNUAL WAS PERFORMED THERE WAS NO CRACK IN THE #6 CYLINDER AND NO OIL LEAK.
