Narrative:
Flaps 2 degrees takeoff; at acc ht I thought captain said flaps up after takeoff check. Without doublechking I placed the flaps in the up position and speed went to alpha prot then accelerated. Alpha prot floor airspeed increase. Autoplt disconnected; pitch reduced. My attention wasn't as focused as it should have been. I have been distraction by my personal life due to upcoming furlough and the merger problems in general. This wasn't a problem with training or procedures. I need to and will stay focused on the job at hand and not let outside influences distract me.

Title: A319 FO ASSUMING HE HEARS THE CALL FOR FLAPS UP AFTER TAKEOFF; DOES JUST THAT WITHOUT DOUBLE CHECKING AIRSPEED. SPEED GOES TO ALPHA PROTECTION SPEED THEN INCREASES.

I NEED TO AND WILL STAY FOCUSED ON THE JOB AT HAND AND NOT LET OUTSIDE INFLUENCES DISTRACT ME.
