Narrative:

Once again on a cavok day the fuel burns are off! Flight planned for an 11.1 burn only to land with an actual burn of 12.0. Our flight proceeded as planned and proceeded straight in from over ZZZ direct to runway 1 at ZZZ1. No extra vectoring or anything. There was no way to fly this leg any more efficiently. We wound up +05 min on the flight time and +900 pounds over the projected fuel burn. This is clearly an unrealistic plan and must be manually adjusted every time.
