Narrative:
The aircraft was handed off to the ZJX nepta sector (R30) from ZHU leeville sector (H24) with coordination flight plan information showing the aircraft was cleared via Q100.remis..simmr.BLOND1.ktpa. This routing that was coordination would keep the aircraft safely south of active warning areas W155; W151; and W470. After the aircraft was well into the R30 sector and in the vicinity of the rozzi intersection; I realized the aircraft was trending north and coming within required separation standards of warning area 151. I inquired the last routing assigned to the pilot; to which the response was direct simmr.BLOND1.ktpa. Since direct simmr would have put the aircraft into the active warning area; I issued an immediate right turn to the south away from the active airspace. This failure to coordination the correct clearance that the aircraft was given could have resulted in a serious incident if it was not caught in time by the controller. The warning areas were active with multiple observed targets operating at high speeds.

Title: BREAKDOWN IN INTER FACILITY COORDINATION CAUSES B737-800 TO APCH ACTIVE MOA.
Narrative: THE ACFT WAS HANDED OFF TO THE ZJX NEPTA SECTOR (R30) FROM ZHU LEEVILLE SECTOR (H24) WITH COORD FLT PLAN INFO SHOWING THE ACFT WAS CLRED VIA Q100.REMIS..SIMMR.BLOND1.KTPA. THIS ROUTING THAT WAS COORD WOULD KEEP THE ACFT SAFELY S OF ACTIVE WARNING AREAS W155; W151; AND W470. AFTER THE ACFT WAS WELL INTO THE R30 SECTOR AND IN THE VICINITY OF THE ROZZI INTXN; I REALIZED THE ACFT WAS TRENDING N AND COMING WITHIN REQUIRED SEPARATION STANDARDS OF WARNING AREA 151. I INQUIRED THE LAST ROUTING ASSIGNED TO THE PLT; TO WHICH THE RESPONSE WAS DIRECT SIMMR.BLOND1.KTPA. SINCE DIRECT SIMMR WOULD HAVE PUT THE ACFT INTO THE ACTIVE WARNING AREA; I ISSUED AN IMMEDIATE R TURN TO THE S AWAY FROM THE ACTIVE AIRSPACE. THIS FAILURE TO COORD THE CORRECT CLRNC THAT THE ACFT WAS GIVEN COULD HAVE RESULTED IN A SERIOUS INCIDENT IF IT WAS NOT CAUGHT IN TIME BY THE CTLR. THE WARNING AREAS WERE ACTIVE WITH MULTIPLE OBSERVED TARGETS OPERATING AT HIGH SPDS.
