Narrative:
I was doing a VFR training flight with a student of mine. While finishing one of the maneuvers; a B737 flew right above us while I was at about 4700 ft and he was at about 5000 ft descending into pbi. A steep turn was immediately done to steer away from the aircraft.

Title: PA44 STUDENT AND INSTRUCTOR EXPERIENCE NMAC WITH B737.
Narrative: I WAS DOING A VFR TRAINING FLT WITH A STUDENT OF MINE. WHILE FINISHING ONE OF THE MANEUVERS; A B737 FLEW RIGHT ABOVE US WHILE I WAS AT ABOUT 4700 FT AND HE WAS AT ABOUT 5000 FT DSNDING INTO PBI. A STEEP TURN WAS IMMEDIATELY DONE TO STEER AWAY FROM THE ACFT.
