Narrative:
Departed ZZZ as scheduled. During climb out first officer's flight instruments failed. All flags appeared. Autoplt disengaged; flight instruments returned to normal and then failed again starting a cycle of this pattern. Ir 2 failed then appeared to come back. We decided to return to ZZZ; requested xxr. As we were vectored back for the approach in ZZZ various annunciator lights came on then would extinguish. (No bus off lights ever illuminated.) lights: automatic brake inoperative; right pitot static; forward cargo/aft cargo; #2 electric hydraulic low pressure; left forward/aft right fuel pump low pressure. Equipment. Electric trim was inoperative; #2 communication inoperative. Landed uneventfully; TR2 and TR3 had popped respective breakers. WX was VFR; landing weight was 120.5 pounds.
