Narrative:
Aircraft X on arrival into ZZZ had on the hydraulic page a green triangle indication at the top of the blue system schematic with the pump off. All of the other lines for the blue system were amber as is normal. Switch was robbed from aircraft Y at the hangar and I installed that part and svced the blue system reservoir to near the top of the blue band on the remote service panel indicator. The test of the blue system was good. Keeping paperwork organized and discarding the paperwork which didn't apply to the task would have prevented the paperwork from getting mixed up and using an incorrect signoff reference.
