Narrative: RAAS BLOCKS RADIO CALLS -- NOT ACCEPTABLE. RAAS SHOULD BE UNINSTALLED BEFORE IT CAUSES A MISHAP. IF NOT REMOVED; IT SHOULD HAVE AN 'OFF' SWITCH. REMOVE RAAS.
