Narrative:
During cruise at FL330 while operating flight to ZZZ1; the cabin pressure rapidly rose to approximately 12000 ft. The first officer and I quickly initiated the memory items for cabin depressurization and emergency descent followed by the associated QRH checklists. The flight attendant reported to us that there was a hissing noise coming from the main cabin door. We then diverted to ZZZ which was the nearest suitable airport and landed without incident. Supplemental information from acn 803164: both the captain and I performed rapid cabin depressurization memory items. The captain initiated emergency descent memory items once lower traffic was clear. We contacted the flight attendant who told of a loud hissing sound and a rush of cold air through the main cabin door. While diverting; the cabin re-pressurized as normal; but again rapidly lost pressurization at approximately a 10 NM final to runway and the flight attendant verified that once again there was a loud hissing sound and rush of cold air.

Title: AN EMB-145 FLT CREW EXPERIENCED A LOSS OF CABIN PRESSURE. THEY FOLLOWED THE QRH; EXECUTED AN EMERGENCY DESCENT; AND DIVERTED TO THE NEAREST SUITABLE AIRPORT.
Narrative: DURING CRUISE AT FL330 WHILE OPERATING FLT TO ZZZ1; THE CABIN PRESSURE RAPIDLY ROSE TO APPROX 12000 FT. THE FO AND I QUICKLY INITIATED THE MEMORY ITEMS FOR CABIN DEPRESSURIZATION AND EMER DSCNT FOLLOWED BY THE ASSOCIATED QRH CHKLISTS. THE FLT ATTENDANT RPTED TO US THAT THERE WAS A HISSING NOISE COMING FROM THE MAIN CABIN DOOR. WE THEN DIVERTED TO ZZZ WHICH WAS THE NEAREST SUITABLE ARPT AND LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. SUPPLEMENTAL INFO FROM ACN 803164: BOTH THE CAPT AND I PERFORMED RAPID CABIN DEPRESSURIZATION MEMORY ITEMS. THE CAPT INITIATED EMER DSCNT MEMORY ITEMS ONCE LOWER TFC WAS CLR. WE CONTACTED THE FLT ATTENDANT WHO TOLD OF A LOUD HISSING SOUND AND A RUSH OF COLD AIR THROUGH THE MAIN CABIN DOOR. WHILE DIVERTING; THE CABIN RE-PRESSURIZED AS NORMAL; BUT AGAIN RAPIDLY LOST PRESSURIZATION AT APPROX A 10 NM FINAL TO RWY AND THE FLT ATTENDANT VERIFIED THAT ONCE AGAIN THERE WAS A LOUD HISSING SOUND AND RUSH OF COLD AIR.
